Guarantee and Return Policy
Bath & Body Club, guarantee full satisfaction on all products. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy using our products, however, we know we can't please everyone all the time. So, You may return a product, unused, within two weeks from the invoice date. We will refund the purchase price in the form of original purchase. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Customer Service at
. We will credit you purchase price upon receipt of the authorized returned item.
If a product is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at UPS. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim.
We will replace a product if defected, or any errors made by Bath & Body Club through out the shipping process.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a complete product refund or credit, you must:
- Obtain an RMA number from Customer Service within 2 weeks of delivery,
- Return all equipment in the original packaging in good condition,
- Prepay and insure return freight, and
- Ship the equipment back to our warehouse within 5 days of receiving an RMA number.
It's recommended that customers retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit needs to be returned. Refund does not include shipping, delivery and assembly charges. Return pick-ups are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Customers are not responsible for shipping costs associated with refusing equipment that has been damaged during shipping.
